Making our apple juice:
All apples are picked from the tree as they mature. We try not to take the damaged apples. The picking is done throughout the fall.
The apples are then put in jute bags before being brought to the press at a distance of only 5 kilometers.
Then she goes to the pack press. There, they are washed, crushed and swaddled in jute fabrics to be pressed slowly by hydraulic pressure. All that remains is the dried apple pomace that will go to the animals or the compost.
Then the apple juice is pasteurized at 80 ° C and bottled.
Labeling is done as and when ordering apple juice, which also allows a final check of the product.
Our apple juice is composed of a blend of the following apple varieties:
- Beautiful Boskoop
- Benedictine of Jumièges
- Cox's orange
- Red Delicious
- Reinette trocharde
- Reinette of Reinettes
- Transparent Croncels
